Service Availability

• Uptime Target: 99.9% service availability (excludes scheduled maintenance)

Third-Party Dependencies

3. User Accounts & Registration

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through our support portal. Account deletion permanently removes all personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime; service continues until period end
• Refunds: Pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days
• Usage-Based: No refunds for partially used monthly services

Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers maintain current pricing until their next renewal period.

• Illegal Activities: Money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities

Compliance Requirements

• Maintain accurate records for tax and regulatory purposes
• Report any suspicious activity or security vulnerabilities

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension, service termination, or legal action. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of rate data

7. Limitations of Liability

Service Limitations

Currency Fetcher is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Currency Fetcher is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, with a maximum of $1,000 USD.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits or business opportunities

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime

Force Majeure

8. Termination

Termination by User

• Cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings
• Service continues until the end of your current billing period
• Delete your account permanently through our support portal
• Download your data before account deletion (data cannot be recovered afterward)

Termination by Currency Fetcher

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our service or systems
• Breach of acceptable use policies

Effect of Termination

• Immediate loss of access to paid features
• Data deletion according to our privacy policy
• No refund for unused portion of subscription
• Survival of terms related to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution

9. Intellectual Property

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

3. Arbitration: Remaining disputes subject to binding arbitration in Delaware

Class Action Waiver
